We give a whole new meaning to “destination beach wedding.” Instead of heading down South, why not bring everyone to Indiana’s Cool North along the shores of Lake Michigan. Between the Indiana Dunes State Park and Indiana Dunes National Park beaches, our beautiful selection of sandy stretches offer a stunning backdrop for your special day.

National Park Weddings

The beaches and inland properties of the Indiana Dunes National Park, including West Beach, and Kemil Beach provide the perfect spot for weddings of all sizes. Restricted to ceremonies only, you’ll need to obtain a special use permit for your event. Please note that a permit does not grant exclusive use of the site nor guarantee parking.

State Park Weddings

With 2,182 acres of beach, it’s a stunning place to hold your nature-inspired ceremony. Simple decorations are allowed, but they must be removed immediately after the ceremony. All weddings between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend can begin no earlier than 6:30 pm and entrance fees still apply to your guests (although arrangements can be made to pay all entrance fees prior to your event). All events must be pre-approved by the property manager at least two weeks in advance and only for the current calendar year.
